Energy Consultant for Market Research and Assessment for BRANTV project

The Department of Energy, Ministry of Climate Change in Port Vila, Vanuatu is looking for an expert to provide Consultancy work in Market Research and Assessment for BRANTV project.

For efficiency of access to information from your end, both advertisement on the Terms of Reference (TOR) is provided in the attachment;
- A detailed TOR containing key deliverables and payment method; and
- a copy of the advertisement containing the closing date of Monday 2nd September 2019 with the contact addresses of submitting your application.

Please note the Appendix provided in the TOR for your reference of parts and equipment required in particular for pico micro hydropower systems.
